Refund policy

*Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days. Goods must be 'as new'. Dirty items will have a laundering fee deducted. Please send via trackable mail – we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

*There will be a Return/Exchange/Refund Form in with your order. Please complete this and send back to us with the goods.

*The Customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within seven (7) days of delivery notify the Seller in writing using the Seller’s ‘Returns Form’ of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description. The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Any notification under this clause must include proof of purchase. Upon such notification the Customer must allow the Seller to inspect the Goods.

*Refunds for change of mind after order has been placed may have bank fees/payment gateway fees subtracted from refund total.
