    Good Quality but heavy

    I like the fit of this rug and the longer drop. I don't however think it will be any good come summer as we live in CQ and the days are hot. The canvas is heavy.

    Hi Ash, thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, our Mesh Ripstop is not a canvas fabric, it's a high percentage (60%) cotton ripstop, which appeals to the natural fibre devotees, and makes it very breathable. The ripstop in these is a tough, higher gsm, and can feel heavier or thicker than the airflow ripstop, however because they breathe so well, horses don't tend to sweat under them, and the fabric does soften with wear. It may surprise you. :-) However, as always, we advise people to rug according to their own horse and environment, as there are so many varying factors involved.

    Another beautiful rug. Brought 2 different ones so I could easily identify my guys in the paddock.

    So great having rugs that don't move even with this mare who is always sleeping and rolling when she gets up.
